Every owner of a dog shall on or before the 1st day of May in each year, register and license with the animal control officer or the village clerk each dog which he/she owns, and pay the license fee required.
License fees are:
$10.00 for a neutered/spayed male and female;
$15.00 for a unneutered/spayed male and female.
